Welcome to Premier Tax & Financial Services. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of premiertaxes.net and the tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, tax planning, credit repair, and LLC formation services we provide. By using our website or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this site or signing an engagement agreement with Premier Tax & Financial Services, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
2. Our Services
Premier Tax & Financial Services provides:
- Federal and state income tax preparation for individuals and businesses
- Bookkeeping and monthly financial reporting
- Payroll processing and quarterly payroll tax filings
- Year-round tax planning and strategy
- Credit repair and dispute services
- LLC formation and entity setup
The exact scope of services for any client is documented in a separate engagement letter or service agreement.
3. Engagement & Client Responsibilities
To prepare an accurate return or maintain accurate books, we rely on the information you provide. You agree to:
- Provide complete, accurate, and timely tax documents and financial records
- Review your return before signing or e-file authorization
- Respond promptly to questions or document requests
- Maintain copies of records as required by the IRS and state tax authorities
4. Fees & Payment
- Fees are quoted up front based on the complexity of your return or service
- Payment is due upon completion of the return or as specified in your engagement letter
- We accept cash, debit, credit cards, and ACH transfers
- Fees do not include amounts owed to the IRS or state tax authorities
5. Maximum Refund Commitment
We commit to identifying every deduction and credit you are legally entitled to. If a return we prepared can be amended to produce a larger refund based on information available at the time of filing, we will amend it at no additional preparation fee. This commitment does not cover changes in tax law, omitted information, or refund amounts ultimately determined by the IRS or state.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We do not disclose taxpayer information without your written consent except as required by law (for example, in response to a valid subpoena or IRS request) and in accordance with IRS Circular 230 and applicable state regulations.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Premier Tax & Financial Services for any claim arising out of these Terms or services we provide is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, missed deductions you did not disclose, or penalties arising from inaccurate or incomplete information you provided.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Texas.
